My Approach

I work on a simple flat-fee basis.

No ticking clock, no pressure. Every portrait session is as long as it needs to be.

I don’t believe meaningful portraits can be rushed. That’s why I don’t charge by the hour and I don’t set a time limit. Whether it takes twenty minutes or two hours, we take the time it takes until we’re both happy with what we’ve created.

Portraits are not something I take of people, but instead it’s something I do with them. It's a collaborative effort. That means building comfort, trust and conversation before even lifting the camera.

My sessions are calm, collaborative, and completely shaped by the person in front of the lens, whether you’ve been photographed a hundred times or never before.

Portrait Photography Pricing

I believe the best portraits come from comfort, trust, and time. Not from a stopwatch.

That’s why I offer a flat-fee portrait session, with no time limit, no pressure, and no awkward upselling.

Includes:

A relaxed, no-rush portrait session (typically 60–90 minutes, but we take the time we need)
On-location shoot in Lincoln or surrounding areas (studio setup available on request)
Full pre-shoot consultation by email or phone
A private online proof gallery with 30–50 unedited previews
15 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images
Unlimited personal usage rights (print, social, website, etc.)

Optional Extras

Additional edited images – £15 each
Complete set of edited images – £100 (up to 30 total)
Prints and framed options – available on request
Location outside Lincolnshire – travel fee quoted individually
